This Java-based program provides an easy interface to upload files to our server.
FTP File Uploader
Click on the link to the uploader, which opens a new window where you'll see the following.
Click on the Crush Uploader button.

After accepting the Java security warning (click "YES"), you will see the drag and drop window. Simply drag files or folders from your harddrive to the box, and click upload.

This small program is very user-friendly and compatible with most newer systems. Upon arriving at the webpage, you will be prompted to allow the installation of the latest version of Java (if you don't already have it). Follow the instructions and then allow a few moments for the Chrome logo to appear in the box. You can then drag and drop files or folders into a small upload box, up to 100MB per upload.
Applet LInk

For those customers comfortable with FTP transfer, you may use your browser or an FTP Client program. FTP is a preferred
method of digital transfer because FTP can handle larger files
and transfer files faster than e-mail attachments.
We can now accept files
of any size to our FTP server. You are only limited by your own
connection and patience.
We'll show you two
different ways to send us files via FTP.
Mac
OS X users can click
here for complete instructions and options, but we recommend using the FTP applet described above.
Using
Your Web Browser:
Both Internet Explorer
(PC version only) and Netscape Navigator (PC and Mac) support
"drag and drop" FTP file transmission for many types
of files. The new Internet Explorer version 7 requires that you click the "Page" button on the upper right corner of the window, and then choose "Open FTP Site in Windows Explorer" from the drop down menu before you can drap and drop.
FireFox requires an
"Extension" to be installed for FTP capability. There
is one available called FireFTP. To add this extension, go to
the "Tools" menu, click on "Extensions", and
when the Extensions window appears, click on "Get more.xtensions"
at the bottom of the window. At the "Firefox Add-ons"
web page, search for "FireFTP", and install. (Click
on the name of the add-on, click on "Install Now" on
following web page. Follow the directions.) Restart Firefox.
To transfer files to
our FTP server, first move or copy your file(s) to your desktop.
If you have multiple files to transfer, please use a File Compression
program such as WinZip or Stuffit to compress all your files into
a single archive, or call us to create a special folder on our
server for you. Users of Mac OS X Panther can create compressed
archives with the built-in "Create Archive" command.
Next, click on the
link below, and a new browser window will open.
You should be able "drag
and drop" your file into the browser window. Wait for your
file to transfer. Refresh your browser
window and your file name should appear in the list. Finally,
give us a call at (619) 233-3456 so we can discuss your job
and clock it in production.
Netscape users: If
you are unable to drag and drop the file, Netscape provides an
"Upload File" command under the "File" menu.
Using
an FTP Client Application:
For Macintosh, we recommend
the shareware program Fetch.
For Windows PC, we recommend SmartFTP Client.
Both programs can be downloaded from Download.com.
We will use Fetch for
the following demonstration, but all FTP programs work virtually
the same. Some client programs offer an "Anonymous"
checkbox so you will not have to enter the Username/Password information
as shown.

To login: Please
login as "anonymous", and use your e-mail address
for your password.
|
Please compress
all files, along with a ReadMe text file explaining your
job, into a single archive using commonly used software
such as Stuffit, or Winzip, or call us to
create a folder for you on our server.
Drag your file(s)
into the window, or click on the "Put File"
button.
|
IMPORTANT: After sending your message and attachment, please call (619)
233-3456 to verify that we have received your job, and can start
work on it. Your job will not be clocked into production until
you have phoned and verified.

If your file is small
(less than two megabytes), you are welcome to attach the file
to an e-mail message. However, e-mail is slower and less reliable
than FTP and can sometimes take extra time to transfer.
If you have multiple
files to transfer, please use a File Compression program such
as WinZip or Stuffit to compress all your files into a single
archive.
