OS X users can
use Fetch to upload files to our normal FTP server. Please click
here to return to the general FTP instructions and uploading
with Fetch.
You may also transmit
files to our Downtown OS X servers using
the following instructions. Please be sure to coordinate with
us so we can promptly retrieve your files after they are transmitted,
and begin your job. Call Shad at 619-233-3456 for Downtown file
transfers.
Use the Finder "Go"
menu and click "Connect to Server...".
The following dialog
box will appear, which allows you to enter the server address.
Use the appropriate Downtown or Sorrento Mesa address below.
(Clicking on one
of the following links may automatically perform this step, allowing
you to skip to the next step where you will connect to the server
as a "Guest".)
Connect to the server
as a "Guest".
Note: Server and
volume names shown below may vary from what you actually see.
You will see a single
volume in the list. Be sure it is selected and then click the
OK button.

You may then drag and
drop your file(s) onto the Drop Box folder.
If the following window
appears as you drag and drop your file, please click "OK".
This only warns that you will not be able to open this folder
to review its contents. This does not prevent the file transfer.
IMPORTANT:
Please be sure to coordinate with Shad at 619-233-3456 for Downtown
file transfers. We will then start your order and can assist with any
problems.
